Inclov Technologies Private Limited (“Inclov”, “We”, “Us” and/or “Our”) is committed to protecting your payments responsibly (“Member”).

All monetary transactions on Inclov are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and irreversible, except in the event of proven gross negligence on the part of Inclov or its representatives, in which event the Member agrees that the Member shall only be eligible to a refund of the amount actually paid by the Member and actually received by Inclov with respect to the funds transferred by the Member.

Please note that RBI regulations do not permit Inclov to refund any balance remaining in the Member’s Inclov Wallet back to the Member.

In case the Member’s Inclov Wallet is erroneously loaded/reloaded, after determining the validity of the written request received from the Member, Inclov shall, on its sole discretion, process to credit the funds to the same source from where these were received. We shall investigate such incidents and if it is found that money was indeed charged to the Member’s card or bank account or pre-paid payment instrument without delivery of the service then the Member will be refunded the money within 21 working days from the date of receipt of the written request from the Member. All refunds will be credited to the Member’s card or bank account or the source through which the payment was received and for this purpose Inclov may request some additional information from the Member. Inclov shall have the sole discretion to determine the mode of reversal of funds from the above-mentioned options.

Inclov will make reasonable efforts to respond to the Member’s refund request at the earliest. Please note that Inclov will not be responsible for delays, which may be caused by any third parties such as banks and merchants, on whom Inclov rely while processing the Member’s refund request or delay caused in the case of any or any force majeure events which are beyond Our reasonable control. Therefore, Inclov bears no liability for the processing of the refund requests.

We may use third party payment gateways for collection of credit/debit card or other payment instruments. In case of such payment failure, the same would be communicated to you by such third party or payment gateway provider. Inclov shall not be responsible for extra currency/conversion charges/deductions/error issues from payment gateway(s). In case of failed online transactions during to any technical errors resulting in no Services, We will refund your money within 5 working days. In no other event will Inclov be liable to making refunds of payments made by you.
